In 2002, Andre Hayek began developing projects with a passion for timeless design and innovative construction solutions. AEP has evolved significantly over the last 15 years, however our commitment to uncompromising quality and extensive research has consistently allowed us to find and deliver successful projects for both owner-occupiers and investors.

AEP’s experience is diverse, spanning a variety of asset classes including childcare, retail, retirement and residential. Regardless of each project’s unique characteristics, we aim to deliver enduring developments that complement their environment and create a strong sense of community.

AEP works in close collaboration with a highly creative, local team and is responsible for the identification, acquisition, planning, designing and overall delivery of every project.

Location – Choosing the right site is integral to the success of any project. A couple of AEP’s key considerations are market trends, purchaser profiles, demand and supply, surrounding infrastructure and ground conditions. The team at AEP are constantly researching, building relationships and working with our consultants to ensure that our developments are in the right place at the right time.

Research – We conduct our research using a macro to micro approach by identifying regions that display strong fundamentals and then drilling down into specific suburbs that are assessed and graded based on a set of criteria, including access to transportation, education, employment, leisure/entertainment and medical facilities. After a suburb has been selected, we examine specific sites to uncover their unique constraints and opportunities, all of which are weighed up and factored into our decision to proceed with a project.
